Sooner or later, every NATO country will have to meet defence spending target, says Polish PM

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk says every NATO member will likely have to meet the military alliance's target for defence spending as the showdown with Russia unfolds. He made the remarks, without directly criticizing Canada, following a meeting with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in Warsaw.
