Sask. premier ready to use notwithstanding clause to protect new school pronoun and name rule

Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe is ready to use the notwithstanding clause to protect a new rule requiring parental permission for transgender and non-binary students under 16 to use different names or pronouns at school. He says it is one of the tools the province is considering to protect the policy.
