New Mumbai : Information technology company Tech Mahindra has bought 100 percent stake in Activus Connect of America for about Rs 466 crore. Tech Mahindra gave this information on Friday in the information given to the stock market. According to this, the acquisition of Activus Connect, an American company that serves consumers at home, will strengthen Tech Mahindra in the field of workplace solutions.

How Tech Mahindra will benefit from this deal

Tech Mahindra said in a statement that this acquisition will enhance Tech Mahindra's capabilities in emerging workplace solutions and strengthen the end-to-end CX portfolio. This acquisition will enable Tech Mahindra to offer customers across multiple verticals including multilingual, multichannel, voice and non-voice customer care, sales, retention, social media moderation and technical support.
